11.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@launchpadgrant.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and the Company.
